The Help to buy scheme is set to end in March 2023, but applications for a property must be in by October 31st. Help to Buy is a government scheme designed to help first time buyers get on the property ladder. Within London boroughs, the government will lend up to 40% of the purchase price of the property, interest free for 5 years, whilst only having to put down a 5% deposit. Outside of London the government will lend up to 20%. Trinity's own Sycamores is available with the benefit of 40% Help to Buy, with Chalk Hills House available with 20% Help to Buy... but only up until 31st October, so get your applications in now!
