Phase one of our project on Nork Way in Banstead is now complete and the original 1930s homes are back on the market with a brand new look. To enquire please visit the Sacha Scott website. The refurbishment stripped the building back to brickwork, before introducing all brand new finishes, including new kitchens, bathrooms and flooring. We also converted the lofts of both houses for an additional bedroom and ensuite and remodeled for far more practical layouts. You never quite know what you are going to find with refurbishment projects and particular highlights of this job included finding a secret (unfortunately empty) safe, hidden behind some joinery and built into the wall as well as discovering the original parquet flooring that had been covered by carpet for likely over 40 years! Whilst there was no way of incorporating the safe, we were able to save some of the parquet and restore it to it's former glory.
