Rob, a graduate of Politics and Criminal Law has 20 years’ experience running a high-end Construction Company, working in partnership with Developers all around London. The business, Cube Construction Ltd that was formed and owned by Rob grew rapidly under his tenure until sold in its prime in 2018. Simultaneously, Rob has applied the knowledge gained to his personal ventures. After completing a series of successful developments, he was inspired to form Trinity Square Developments.
James studied architecture at the University of Liverpool, where he was awarded the prestigious Reilly medal. In 2016, after 4 years in practice honing his skills in the many aspects of architecture, James set up his own practice. Since then, he has taken on increasingly larger and more challenging projects and developed a keen interest in retrofitting and refurbishment as a solution to housing demands. He has worked closely with Cube and Rob Graham on numerous successful projects and is now fully vested in Trinity. Outside of the office James is a frequent traveller and an extremely competitive sportsman.
Barry graduated in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from the University of the West of England in 2009. After graduating, Barry spent 4 years at Apollo (Keepmoat) before joining WT Partnership following his Chartership (RICS) in 2013. From 2009 until Barry joined the Trinity team in 2017, he worked on a variety of projects ranging in size from £500,000 to £220m. Barry is keen to utilise his experience to drive the design and construction of the developments to optimise efficiency in terms of construction cost and programme to drive profitability.
After a career in fashion buying, sourcing products from both Asia and Europe for major high street retailers, Maggie is now responsible for sourcing all the items that are required to successfully complete a project from start to finish. She collaborates with all members of the design and construction teams to ensure each project has the specified features required at the correct point in the program and the best quality that can be found. After a decade in the business she has been involved with projects ranging from multi million pound refurbishments in central London to new build studios in Surrey.
Before joining Trinity, Claire had spent 20 years in recruitment and training within the Finance sector and Retail. After raising her family, she was ready for a new challenge, so joined Rob to set up the administration side of Trinity and after 4 years now supports the bigger team with all operational aspects of the business. Claire is now a master of integration, her passion for all round excellence ensures that every part of the process from Planning through to Sales runs effectively. Her favourite part of her role is the Design and Snagging processes, almost obsessively checking every detail through her customer’s eyes to make sure we are constantly improving our product.
Sue has been working within the Financial Property Development sector for over 25 years from Residential & Commercial Development to Renewal Energy Development schemes. Sue has only been working at Trinity for a short while as the Finance Manager but the experience she brings to our accounting processes has already made a big difference to our business.
Harry helps to oversee all ongoing projects as well as driving the search for new sites. He joined the team in 2020 without any industry experience but soon showed his ability to absorb information and has quickly risen through the ranks to his role of Development Manager. Previously, Harry was working in recruitment, but fell in love with the idea of working in property after his family home sold to a local developer. Harry’s passion has become one of his biggest strengths as he truly wants to ensure the best possible homes and experience for our homebuyers. Outside of the office Harry is a keen footballer, plying his trade in the Kingston and District Saturday League, as well as being an avid Arsenal supporter.
