There are several different options scenarios that we will happily discuss with you ranging from a clean purchase to a joint venture between us and yourselves. The Process
Identify The Opportunity
Trinity source their opportunities in a variety of ways, whether that be via agents that they regularly work with, direct approaches to vendors, or vendors that have approached them. This is followed up by a desktop study before a site visit which will allow Trinity's expert development team to make an informed decision and put forward a proposal that works for all.
Negotiate Framework of Deal
Depending on the requirements of the vendor, we are able to structure the deal in many different ways, whether we purchase a site as seen, negotiate an option agreement or even form a partnership and approach the project as a joint venture.
Undertake Feasibility Process
Once a deal has been agreed then the team spend time putting together plans for submission to the local council.
Managing The Process
Trinity will continue to manage the planning process. If an option agreement has been agreed then Trinity will ensure regular contact with the vendor and have several references from people who have previously sold to Trinity, happy to vouch for this.
Construct Market and Sell
Trinity have their own internal construction team who work only for Trinity. This ensures the highest quality and most efficient build. Once a show home is ready then then homes are ready for the market. Again the team provide a personal service to ensure the smoothest possible process for the buyer.
