In 2019 Trinity completed the scheme at Greystone Court. At the rear of the property was a Grade II listed building and barns that had fallen into a state of significant disrepair following years of neglect.

Trinity subsequently purchased the plot with the intention of converting the plot into the Company’s headquarters.

During the purchase process Trinity became aware of the fact that not only was the building listed but it was one of the oldest railway buildings (if not the eldest) in the entire world as it was formally a stopping point for the lron Horse Drawn ‘Railway’ line between Merstham and Wandsworth. It was opened in1805 and may well be the world’s first Railway Station!

Planning was obtained in 2020 and the refurbishment works required input from A Conservation Engineer, Historic England, an Archaeological team and the Conservation Officer to ensure the existing building was restored in a sensitive fashion.

The finished scheme created over 3000sqft of new office space which will provide a home for Trinity for many years.
